Global Thinking Curriculum Development Fund |
|

Schools and community based organisations in the East of England are eligible to apply for up to £3,000 to develop the global dimension in education.
What will the fund support?
The fund supports activities which aim to enrich the curriculum and the ethos of the school through strengthening the global dimension. These activities could range from one-off events to longer term developments and might be focussed on developing processes, practice, policy or partnerships.
The fund specifically supports activities which;
- Demonstrate a clear and direct link to curriculum development.
- Include new and innovative ideas (perhaps in areas of the curriculum where the global dimension is less fully developed) or involve a new approach to existing activities.
- Develop sustainable partnerships between schools and the wider community including; community based organisations, development education centres and the local business sectors.
- Could be adapted and/or replicated by others and result in outcomes which can be shared.
The Global Thinking Curriculum Development Fund Guidelines and Application Form can be downloaded below. We strongly recommend that you discuss your ideas with a Global Thinking Coordinator info@global-thinking.org.uk before completing an application form.
